About us
A Fabrication Shop and a Rental Fleet, Under One Roof
Arizona’s container market splits into companies that move boxes and companies that build things. We are both — so you get the right answer, whether that is a rental today or a custom build.

Our roots
Where we came from
Hardpoint Modular is an Allison Shipping Containers company.

Our parent company, Allison Shipping Containers, has spent more than 15 years building custom container offices, studios, and homes across the Hawaiian Islands — for state agencies, contractors, schools, non-profits, and families. Hawaii is a hard place to do this work: everything arrives by ocean freight, there is no margin for a build that comes back wrong, and the islands are small enough that your reputation is the whole business.
We brought that craftsmanship to the Sonoran Desert — engineered for Arizona heat, Arizona ground, and Arizona code.
Here is what that means for you. What crosses over is real — the people, the standards, the fabrication practice, and hard-won knowledge of how these builds are done right. Hardpoint Modular is a new Arizona company, and we are building our Arizona track record here starting now, with more than 15 years of craftsmanship already behind how we work.
What we believe
How we work
Real numbers, in one business day
No account signup to see a price. No qualifying call before a number. You ask what it costs, we tell you what it costs, including delivery.
We frame every cut
A container is a monocoque structure — the walls carry the load. Every opening we make gets engineered framing, so your doors and windows stay square and seal for the life of the build.
The right solution, not just a sale
Rental or purchase, a single office or a multi-container complex — we help you land on what actually fits your site and your timeline. Getting it right is why our customers come back.
We spec for 115°F
Built for real Arizona heat: closed-cell foam sprayed straight to the steel and HVAC sized for real desert load, so your space stays comfortable right through an Arizona August.
The name
Why "Hardpoint"
A hardpoint is an engineered, reinforced, load-bearing attachment point.
A shipping container has eight of them — the cast-steel corner castings where it gets lifted, stacked, twist-locked, and joined to the next module. They are the reason a container can be picked up full, stacked nine high, and cross an ocean. Everything a container can do, it does through its hardpoints.
Every modular building connects at hardpoints too. It is the most honest word we could find for what we actually do: build the engineered connection that makes the whole thing hold together. It is also our logo — that is a corner casting, not an abstract shape.

Describe the problem rather than the solution. We have built enough of these to have an opinion, and we will share it honestly.
